摘　　要：高校离退休工作是高校各项工作中一件非常重要的工作,也是构建和谐社会重要内容之一,这项工作很复杂、很具体,需要下一番功夫。面对新时期高校离退休的需求现状,只有坚持以"聊"为本的原则,才能做好这项工作,才能充分发挥离退休老同志的聪明才智和积极作用,为学校的建设和发展服务。Job for the Retired in colleges and universities is a very important job,and one of the important parts in building a harmonious society as well,which is very complex,specific and also needs working hare.In view of the requirement status quo of the retired in the new era,we should adhere to the principle based on ＂chatting＂.Only in this way,the job can be done well,the wisdom and their initiative of the veteran retired can be given full play,and serve for the construction and development for the colleges.
