摘　　要：图书采购招标是大多数图书馆目前正在采用并且是今后必定要采用的采购方式。图书采购招标在为图书馆带来一定便利的同时,存在着图书质量和服务质量等问题,影响图书馆可持续发展。提出从招标内容确定、招标项目要求、书商资质审核、中标书商选定、采购合同签订、过程质量管理、项目实施备忘、优秀书商续定等方面加强图书采购招标工作的科学化、规范化管理,完善图书采购招标工作的质量控制。At present,the most libraries adopt the book purchase tenders.And they should adopt this way certainly in future.The book purchase invite tenders are of benefit to the library,but at the same time,there also exist some problems such as book quality and service quality.These problems affect the sustainable development of library.In the paper,the author proposes the eight measures to the book purchase invite tenders： determine the substance,requirements,examine and verify the qualifications of book dealers,select the book dealers,sign the purchase contract,quality control on the process,keep the minutes of the process,continue determining the excellent book dealers.Libraries should strengthen the management of all the procedures to ensure the tendering more scientific and standardized,quality control on the process of the purchase invite tenders.
