石上柏化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：目的促进广东地产药材石上柏的研究及合理开发利用。方法查阅近几年来相关文献,从化学成分、药理作用及临床应用等方面对其研究进展进行综述。结果石上柏在抗肿瘤作用方面的研究取得了一定进展,但研究深度和广度尚不够;其药效物质基础揭示还不够清楚。结论石上柏在治疗鼻咽癌、绒毛膜上皮癌、肺癌及消化道癌等多种肿瘤方面均取得了很好的疗效,具有较好的开发应用前景。Objective To promote the Guangdong native medicinal material Selaginella doederleinii extensive research and rational development and utilization.Methods By consulting the literature about Selaginella doederleinii in recent years,the review in aspects of medical history,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical applications was performed.Results Some progress in the anti-tumor activity of Selaginella doederleinii has been obtained,but the research depth and breadth are still not enough;the reveal of the material basis for efficacy is not clear enough.Conclusion Selaginella doederleinii has better effects in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,choriocarcinoma,lung and gastrointestinal cancers and many other tumors with good development prospects.
