摘　　要：目的测定骨刺消片中薯蓣皂苷的的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为Symmetry C18柱(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(26∶74)为流动相,检测波长为203 nm。结果薯蓣皂苷进样量在0.56～5.60μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.88%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To determine the contents of dioscin in Gucixiao Tablets.M ethods The HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（26 ∶74）.The detection wavelength was at 203 nm.Results The calibration curve of dioscin was linear in the range o f 0.56-5.60 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 98.24%,RSD was 0.88 %（n=6）.Conclusion HPLC is quick and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Gucixiao Tablets.
