摘　　要：目的了解医院门诊不合理用药情况,促进合理用药。方法根据药品说明书、临床药理学知识及文献资料,对医院2009年1月至12月门诊不合理用药处方进行分析。结果不合理用药处方占所审核处方的9.12%;不合理用药主要反映在用药方法不当、重复给药、剂量不合理、溶剂使用不当、药理拮抗和配伍不当等方面。结论门诊处方用药合理性逐步提高,但不合理用药现象仍较严重,应针对存在的问题制订相应措施,以保障患者的用药安全。Objective To understand the irrational use status of medicines in the outpatient department of our hospital to promote the rational drug use.Methods According to the drug instructions,clinical pharmacology knowledge and literature,the irrational drug prescriptions in outpatient department from January to December 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results The irrational prescriptions accounted for 9.2%of the total examined and verified prescriptions.The irrational drug uses were mainly reflected in the aspects of improper drug administration,repeat medication,unreasonable dose,improperly using solvent,inappropriate pharmacological antagonists and compatibility,etc.Conclusion The rationality of drug prescriptions in the outpatient of our hospital is gradually increased,but the phenomenon of irrational drug use is still serious.The corresponding measures aiming at the existing problems should be formulated to ensure the medication safety of patients.
