Survey on understanding status of ultrasound knowledge among women in late pregnancy

摘　　要：目的了解北京医院部分建档孕妇对孕晚期超声知识知晓情况,分析知晓情况差异的影响因素,了解孕妇对孕晚期超声知识需求。方法采用随机抽样的方法,运用统一设计的自制调查问卷对北京医院建档孕妇(孕37～40周)123人进行孕晚期超声知识调查与分析。结果 16道知识题均回答正确的人数为0;16个方面超声知识的总知晓率为46.54%,不同职业孕妇对16道问题回答正确率在0～100.00%之间,其中8道问题间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同学历孕妇知识点回答正确率差别不大,其中孕晚期超声更关注胎儿生长发育状况还是畸形筛查(χ2=9.53,P<0.01)、超声示脐血流异常是否可以提示胎儿宫内缺氧(χ2=8.96,P<0.05)及羊水小于正常是否可能导致胎儿宫内窒息(χ2=8.37,P<0.05)存在统计学差异。结论调查的孕妇群体对孕晚期超声知识知晓率低,医院及相关部门应根据不同孕妇接受能力,适宜地加强该人群的孕晚期超声知识教育。Objective To explore the status of understanding ultrasound knowledge among parts of late pregnancy gravida establishing records in Beijing hospital,and to analysis the influencing factors and the demand for health education.Methods Random sampling was adopted in gravida（pregnancy 37-40 weeks） establishing records in the hospital and questionaires were carried out among 123 gravida.Results None answered all 16 topics,the ratio of answering 16 topics was 46.54%.The ratio of answering 16 knowledge topics of different career gravida was between 0.00%-100.00%.There were significant differences in 8 topics.There were significant differences in 3 topics among gravida with different education： Did the late pregnancy ultrasound examination pay more attention on growth and development or malformation（χ2=9.53,P0.01）.Could umbilical arterial blood flow abnormality show intra-uterine asphyxia of foetus（χ2=8.96,P0.05）.Could low amniotic fluid（AFI） index lead to intra-uterine asphyxia of foetus（χ2=8.37,P0.05）.Conclusion The awareness rate of the late pregnancy ultrasound related knowledge in gravida is low.Hospitals and relevant departments union should be established to improve health education according to the receptivity of different gravida.
