摘  要:通过对生态浮床系统内溶解氧(DO)的来源与去向的分析,建立了适用于生态浮床系统的DO平衡方程式。具体实验数据验证表明此方程是合理有效的。研究表明,在生态浮床系统中DO来源贡献主要有:进出水DO差,66.75%;浮游藻类光合作用充氧,29.62%。主要消耗DO的途径有:氨氮硝化耗氧,76.31%;植物根系呼吸作用,13.75%;好氧微生物生化降解有机污染物,9.94%。同时,研究发现富营养化水体中浮游藻类有很强的活性,是富营养化水体水质恶化的关键因素。By analysising the DO of biological floating bed system,we have built the dissolved oxygen equilibrium equation.The experimental data indicated that it was reasonable and effective.According to experiments we found that the source of DO included the following facts:1.the discrepancy of DO between the inflow and the outflow,66.75%,2.the oxygen produced by Alga's Photosynthesis,29.62%.The consumption of DO included the following facts:1.the degradation of BOD5,9.94%,2.the nitrification of the Ammonia nitrogen,76.31%,3.the respiration of the plant's root,13.75%.Meanwhile,we found the Alga was extremely active in the eutrophica water,which was the key factor of deterioration of water quality.
