摘  要:为了有效预防和治理因石油运输、使用和贮存等造成的土壤污染,在实验室条件下模拟受石油污染的土壤,利用外源高效微生物黄孢原毛平革菌,开展石油污染土壤的生物修复试验,考察土壤湿度、营养盐比例和投菌量等因素对石油降解率的影响。实验结果表明,湿度和投菌量在一定范围内与石油降解率呈正相关,而较低碳氮比的营养盐有助于微生物对石油的降解。经过60d降解,分别在投菌量25mL,湿度20%,营养盐比例C:N:P=100:10:1的条件下,3组单因素实验获得最大降解率分别为74%,66%,64%。In order to prevent and deal with the soil pollution which was caused by oil transportation,application and reservation,an effective exogenous microbe,Phanerochaete chrysosporium,was employed for bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil under laboratory conditions.Three factors affecting the degradation rate of the oil,i.e.soil humidity,nutrient ratio and inoculation volume,were observed.The experimental results showed that the degradation rate was related positively to humidity and the inoculation volume to some extents,and narrower C/N nutrient contributed to better degradation.After 60 d degradation,maximum degradation rate in three experiments were 74%,66%,64% respectively when the factors were the inoculation volume 25 mL,humidity 20% and nutrient ratio C:N:P = 100:10:1.
