摘　　要：城市垃圾处理过程中的"二次污染"问题已成为引发社会冲突、影响社会稳定的重要因素。基于社会冲突的视角,对垃圾填埋和垃圾焚烧2种城市垃圾处理方式下引发社会冲突的关键风险因子进行了识别,通过重庆市垃圾处理场的问卷数据,对提取的关键风险因子进行了评价和实证分析,最后,根据研究结果给出了关键风险因子的调控策略。The secondary pollution in the process of municipal waste treatment has become an important factor to cause social conflict and affect social stability.Based on the perspective of social conflict,the key risk factors of affecting social conflict were identified in two processes of municipal waste treatment：waste landfill and incineration.Then,the evaluation and empirical study on the key risk factors were tested by the survey from Chongqing waste disposal plant,and finally,the control strategies of key factors were given according to the study results.
