摘　　要：提出苏州市环境信息综合交换平台的解决方案,通过电子公文和数据业务2个交换平台,基于Web-Service将其服务应用在环境信息各个系统平台中,然后对这些Web组件进行动态的组合和集成,为用户提供1个统一的系统平台服务,解决环保信息存储和调用一体化问题,提高政府办事效率,为环保工作人员和公众提供更方便快捷的服务。The solution of Suzhou environment comprehensive information exchange platform is discussed.Based on the Web-Service,the service is applied on each platforms of the environment information via two platforms of data profession and electrical document,makes up and integrates all those Web parts together,provides the customers with a uniform service platform to solve the problem of the storage and application of the environmental information,improves the efficiency of the government,and provides much more convenient and quicker service for both the public and employee of environment.
