摘  要:微波辐射剂量105W, 辐射黄瓜种子时间10S、20S, 提早长出真叶, 株高增加。处理种子的时间为30S, 促进种子早出苗, 但随着生长期的延长株高被抑制, 叶片数也减少。当辐射剂量105W, 处理种子的时间分别为8S、10S、14S, 促进黄瓜幼苗的主根和侧根增长与脱氢酶活性相关的OD值 (光密度) 增加, 表明根活力增强。The effect of treatments seeds with micro wave radiation,at 105W×(10-20) S are the stimulation of grovth of come into leaf earlg and plant height,microwave radiation at 105W×30 S promote of come into seedling early,but plant height was inhibit as time goes on.Efect of treatment seeds with microwave radiation at 105W×(8~14) S are the enhance of corpus radices and lateral root,increment OD value as consistent with dehydrogenate vigur.The results showed that the root activity was improved.
