摘  要:气化炉采用合成气冷却器,使燃料中的热量从一个新通道进入工质热力系统内,并对电厂经济性产生影响。为进一步探索冷却器与余热锅炉之间热量分配的关系,从工程热力学角度计算出工质做功能力损失,综合考虑厂净发电效率和比投资,对热量在余热锅炉内的分配展开研究,揭示三者之间的关系,提出优化配置的建议。Syngas cooler for gasifier makes the heat released from fuel find a new way to enter the thermal system,which will inevitably influence the economical effects of relevant power plants.In order to study the heat distribution ratio between the cooler and waste heat boiler,the exergy loss of working medium has been calculated from the engineering thermodynamic point of view,while the net power generation efficiency and the specific investment considered as well as the heat distribution within the waste heat boiler researched.Suggestions for rational distribution among the 3 factors are put forward based on relationships previously revealed.
