摘  要:对造成2008—2009年度头道拐站桃汛洪峰流量异常偏小的原因进行了分析,结果表明:①水库调控和人工分凌等防凌措施削减了内蒙古河段槽蓄水量和河道基流;②开河历时较长,开河后期出现分段开河形势,不利于槽蓄水量的集中释放;③开河期三湖河口河段水位抬高,滩地上水,致使部分槽蓄水量滞留;④头道拐封冻断面存在冰花渗流,会使槽蓄水量的计算存在一定误差。The paper analyzes the reasons of extremely small peak discharge of spring flood in 2008-2009 period at Toudaoguai Station.The outcomes show that a) the ice control measures of reservoir regulation and artificial diversion of ice have reduced the channel storage and channel base flow of Inner Mongolia reach;b) the duration of ice breakup is longer and ice breakup section by section occurs in the later stage of breakup which is unfavorable to the concentrated release of channel storage;c) during ice breakup period,the water level of Sanhehukou reach is increased and bottom land flooded,resulting in retention of part channel storage;d) the complete freezing section of Toudaoguai has slush ice seepage which will cause a certain error in channel storage calculation.
