摘  要:选择480只AA商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,对照组添加磷酸氢钙,试验各组磷酸氢钙减半,分别添加500 U/kg的外源植酸酶和500、750 U/kg转植酸酶基因玉米来源的植酸酶。试验结果表明:肉仔鸡试验期间健康状况正常,各组平均日增重、饲料转化率均无显著差异(P>0.05);各组间血清和胫骨中钙、磷、氮水平无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组21和42日龄时粪中磷的存留量分别比对照组降低49.43%、55.17%、54.02%和31.50%、32.28%、14.96%,差异极显著(P<0.01);转植酸酶基因玉米组与微生物植酸酶组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。转植酸酶基因玉米可以替代外源植酸酶作为一种植酸酶来源在肉仔鸡日粮中使用,不仅不影响生产性能,而且减少磷酸氢钙的使用和氮磷的排放。The effect of transgenic phytase corn on growth performance and Ca-P metabolism were investigated in broilers.480 AA broilers(1-day-old) were divided into four treatments of three replicates each.The control group was fed CaHPO4without phytase;the test groups were fed half of CaHPO4,test Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed 500 U/kg of exogenous phytase,500 U/kg and 750 U/kg phytase which was from transgenic phytase corn,respectively.The results showed that broilers' health status in each group were normal during the trial,there was no significant difference(P0.05) in the average daily gain and FCR(feed conversion rate);each group of calcium,phosphorus and nitrogen in serum and tibia was no significant difference(P0.05);the retention of phosphorus in faeces in test group at days 21 and 42 after treatment were lower than that of the control group by 49.43%,55.17%,54.02% and 31.50%,32.28%,14.96% respectively,which was significantly different(P0.01);there was no significant difference(P0.05) between transfer phytase corn group and the microbial phytase.Transgenic phytase corn as a source of phytase can replace the exogenous phytase in broiler diets,not only does not affect the production performance,but also can reduce the use level of CaHPO4 and N-P emissions.
