摘 要:根据钢管拱桥桥型特点、连续泵送顶升施工工艺、现场施工条件和环境气候条件,提出了钢管拱自密实混凝土的性能指标要求、泵送顶升施工流程、施工准备、泵送顺序、辅助设计、施工中应急处理措施与施工技术要点等方面的施工方案,现场配制出了工作性良好的高强补偿收缩自密实混凝土。根据该施工方案,经良好的现场施工组织与控制、浇筑过程监控,全桥各钢管拱混凝土的泵送顶升施工均取得成功。According to the bridge type characteristics, continuous pumping lift-up construction technology, on-site construction conditions and environmental climatic conditions in the project, construction program, which includes performance requirements of SCC filled steel tube, construction process of pumping lift-up, construction preparation, pumping sequence, aided design emergency treatment measures during construction, major technical construction issues, etc, were proposed in the paper; SCC with the properties of high-strength, shrinkage- compensating and excellent workability within long hours were prepared on-site. By the good construction organization, control and perfusion process monitoring on-site, pumping lift-up construction of SCC filled steel tube arch of full bridge achieved success based on the construction program.
