清水混凝土柱异型钢模板应用

摘　　要：在钢模板的施工中,需防止混凝土的浇筑侧压力、各种外部荷载、柱模板的自身性能导致的偏差。经多方分析、讨论和实践,在加工柱模板时,采取了利用定位销栓加固的措施,钢模板在大截面圆柱(长圆柱、椭圆柱、劲性钢筋混凝土柱)施工中效果明显优于其他类型模板,使清水混凝土饰面达到了设计要求的效果。During construction of steel formwork, deflections caused by side pressure during concrete placing, various external loads and performance of column formwork itself shall be prevented. After analysis, discussions and practices among parties, guide pin reinforcing measure is adopted during the processing of column formwork. Steel formwork has obviously better effect than other types of formwork during construction of large-section column （long column, oval column, steel framed reinforced concrete column） and the design effect of fair-faced concrete is realized.
