甘肃省县域土地利用绩效的空间差异测度及其机理研究

摘　　要：基于经济、效益、效率和公平的"4E"土地利用绩效评价框架和ESDA-GIS空间分析方法,对甘肃省县域土地利用绩效及其协调度进行了测度,并探讨其空间格局的形成机制.结果表明,甘肃省域范围内土地利用绩效水平呈现"西高东低,北高南低"的格局;经济绩效与效益绩效呈现较强的空间集聚特征,效率绩效与公平绩效的空间分布趋势较为离散;土地利用绩效的空间聚类可以划分为4种"俱乐部趋同"类型,高绩效和低绩效趋同俱乐部的空间分布最广,稳定性最大;绩效内部的协调度体现为高值区带动下的区域整体水平趋高,但协调度并不与经济发展水平成单纯的正比关系.ESDA-GIS空间分析方法可以清楚地解释土地利用绩效水平的空间异质性问题,并且具有直观的可视化效果.The performance of county land use and its coordination degree in Gansu Province are measured,and the formation mechanism of its spatial pattern is discussed based on ESDA（exploratory spatial data analysis） methods and spatial＂4E＂（economic,effectiveness,efficiency and equity） appraisal framework.The results indicate that the spatial pattern of land use performance level in Gansu Province is more advanced in north-western region than south-eastern region.The performances of economy and effectiveness show strong spatial agglomeration characteristics,and spatial distribution performances of efficiency and equity are relatively dispersed.Spatial clustering of land use performance can be classified into four kinds of＂club convergence＂.The clubs converged in terms of the highest or the lowest performances are distributed broadly and showing the significant stableness.Interior coordination degree of performance shows a trend that the level of the overall region is driven by the region of the highest value,however,the coordination degree does not have pure positive relation with the economic level.It has been proved that ESDA-GIS spatial analysis makes spatial heterogeneity of coordinative development of urban and rural areas more distinctly,and strengthens its visualization.
