斑点叉尾胚胎及卵黄囊期仔鱼发育的观察

摘　　要：试验对斑点叉尾的胚胎及卵黄囊期仔鱼形态发育的过程进行观察、描述,研究了其发育特征。结果表明:斑点叉尾受精卵在水温24±1℃时,出膜时间(胚胎期)约为147h 30min。水温25±1℃时,斑点叉尾鮰卵黄囊期约为134h。The development of embryo and yolk-sac stage of Ictalurus punctatus were studied in the paper by using methods of observing and describing.The results showed that it needed about 147 h 30 min form fertilizing to hatching stage at the water temperature of（24±1）℃,and it needed about 134 h form hatching stage to yolk-sac absorbed stage at the water temperature of（25±1）℃.
