一株鳖源致病性气单胞菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：对典型病症为体表腹甲严重斑块状充血、甚至出血,体表某些部位出现溃疡,严重的会口鼻充血、流血,内脏肝、脾、肾肿大的病鳖进行了病原菌鉴定分析。从肝脏中分离菌株ARC090812,经VITEK-32全自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定,结果为嗜水气单胞菌。药敏实验显示分离菌株对庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素等药物敏感,对恩诺沙星及强力霉素中度敏感。致病性实验表明,半数致死量LD50为7.87×108CFU/mL。Recently hemorrhagic septicemia breaked out in a Soft-shelled Turtle Farm of Xi Hu district in Hangzhou City.Soft-shelled Turtles had serious illness in body＇s surface area.Ulcer and scar turned up in parts of bodies.Seriously mouth and nose were engorged with blood,the internal organs of the liver and spleen were swelling.Typical sick soft-shelled Turtles were analyzed and inspected,a strain of germ named ARC090812 were isolated from the liver,Vitek-32 the fully automated testing instruments identificated that the strain belonged to a flora named Aeromonas hydrophila.The drug-resistance test showed that the strain of ARC090812 was sensitive to gentamycin,amikacin and so on,but moderate sensitive to enrofloxacin and doxycycline.The pathogenicity test showed that pathogenicity of ARC090812 was not very strong,half to death for measuring LD50 of which was 7.87 by 108 CFU/mL.
