摘 要:目的:为胫骨下段骨折内固定塑形钢板提供解剖学基础。方法:对国人胫骨81副(男41副,女40副)进行下段扭转角及外翻角测量。结果:①胫骨下段扭转角,男性左侧64.8°±3.6°,右侧68.7°±2.8°,女性左侧63.6°±5.1°,右侧67.0°±6.1°。②胫骨下段外翻角:男性左侧15.6°±3.0°,右侧14.2°±2.1°,女性左侧15.6°±3.0°,右侧16.4°±2.9°。结论:男性无论扭转角还是外翻角其侧别差异显著P<0.01及P<0.05;女性扭转角侧别差异显著P<0.01而外翻角侧别无差异P>0.05;除右外翻角性别间差异显著P<0.01外,其余各角性别间均无差异P>0.05。这为临床实践提供了新资料。在此基础上研制的内固定钢板更能符合胫骨下段的解剖特点,避免或减少因钢板塑形不佳所带来的并发症。Objective:To provide anatomy data for molding steel plate of internal fixation applied in the fracture of the lower tibial.Methods:The twist angle and eversion angle were measured on 81 sets(male 41 and female 40)of tibiae.Results:The twist angles of lower tibial were 64.8°±3.6° on left and 68.7°±2.8° on right for male,63.6°±5.1° on left and 67.0°±6.0° on right for female.The corresponding eversion angles were 15.6°±3.0°,14.2°±2.1°,15.6°±3.0° and 16.4°±2.9° respectively.Conclusions:There was significant difference between sides except the female eversion angle,while no sexual difference was found except the right eversion angle.The molding steel plate designed based on these data should be accord with the natural feature of the lower tibia better.
