摘　　要：采用活性染料对壳聚糖/棉混纺毛巾进行染色,从前处理工序开始到染色工序结束,对影响壳聚糖染色及其色花的各种因素进行分析。以紫色为例,对渗透剂、匀染剂、堆置时间、染色温度、浴比、pH值、圈时、染料和各种助剂的定量进料量和定量进料时间进行优化。Chitosan/cotton blended spiral towel was dyed with reactive dyes.It was analyzed and investigated the factors affecting the dyeing result from the pretreatment to the end of dyeing process.Taking purple as an example,it was optimized for all penetrating agent,leveling agent,batching-up time,dyeing temperature,PH value,as well as dosages and feeding time of various dyes and auxiliaries.
