摘  要:以永磁同步电动机为主要动力源的新能源汽车电驱动系统中,直流母线支撑电容器中包含了电阻和电感以及电源系统(动力蓄电池与导线)中的电阻和杂散电感,导致直流母线支撑电容的选用困难。利用仿真软件建立相应的永磁同步电动机模型和电驱动模型,根据电容器等效容量与等效电阻、等效电感和等效电容三者的关系来进行电容器的选择。以铝电解电容器、薄膜电容器和新型金属膜电容三种电容器为分析实例,初步总结出不同种电容器作为支撑电容器的特点。In the electric drive system of new energy vehicles,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has become one of the main powers.DC-link bus capacitor includes resistance,inductance and the battery system(power battery and wire) which also includes the resistance and stray inductance.It becomes the main problem in the selection of DC-link bus capacitor.Relevant PMSM model and electric drive system model were established in the simulation software.And the selection of capacitor was based on the relationship between equivalent resistance,equivalent inductance and equivalent capacitance of the capacitor.Simulation with three kinds of capacitors such as aluminum electrolytic capacitors,film capacitors and metalized film capacitors were carried out.And the characteristics of different kinds of capacitors as DC-link bus capacitor were summarized.
