摘 要:永磁齿轮是一种无接触式的功率传动设备,在对振动及密封性能要求较高的场合具有良好的应用前景。介绍了一种新型结构的大力矩永磁齿轮。在原理分析的基础上,利用有限元软件对其性能进行了仿真分析,并研制样机进行实验测试。仿真和实验结果验证了其结构的正确性与实现大力矩传动的可行性。Permanent magnetic gear is a kind of non-contact power transmission device,which has a good foreground in the situations exigent to airproof and vibration characteristics.A new kind of high torque PMG based on magnetic permeability modulation principle was introduced in this paper.After the principle analysis,simulation of transmission characteristics was carried out with a model in the finite element software Ansoft,and a prototype was developed for testing.Simulation and test results both prove the correctness of the structure and the feasibility of practical high torque transmission.
