摘  要:针对感应电机定子绕组匝间短路故障诊断存在的不足,提出了一种基于失电残压小波分析的诊断方法。采用不受外部因素干扰的失电后零序电压作为分析对象,对其进行小波包分解,提取基波零序电压分量作为故障特征;对比正常电机基波零序电压,可确定有无定子绕组故障发生,计算相应节点小波包分解系数的均方根值,可反映故障的严重程度。仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,可应用于实际工程。To solve the problem existing in stator winding fault diagnosis of induction motors,a new fault diagnosis method via wavelet transformation based on residual voltage after switch-off was proposed.Firstly,zero sequence voltage after switch-off,which can effectively avoid the influence of outside factors,was decomposed by wavelet packet.And then the fundamental component was extracted as the stator fault feature.Therefore,stator fault was detected by comparing the extracted fundamental component with that of the normal motor,and the fault degree was reflected by the root mean square of the relevant node coefficients.Simulation and experiment show that this method is effective and feasible to be used in engineering.
