摘　　要：主要论述和解决了新型的Pico电机在应用过程中碰到的两个问题,即如何利用PLC控制Pico电机以及如何实现该电机的重复性。在以PLC为主要控制解决方案的场合,使用该方法可以节约系统成本,降低系统复杂性。通过加装旋转编码器,有效地解决了电机本身重复性差的问题。Two problems in the usage of the novel Picomotor actuator were discussed and settled.One is how to use PLC to control the Picomotor actuator,the other is how to achieve it repeatability.Using PLC to control the whole system can save system cost,reduce the complexity of the system.By installing a rotatory encoder,excellent repeatability can be achieved.
