摘　　要：为了提高雷管生产线的安全可靠性和生产效率,设计了一种新型工业雷管自动装填分布式控制系统。系统采用RS-485总线实现上位机与各个工艺控制单元的互接。上位机采用目前国外先进的组态监控软件,实现对各装填工艺单元的集中监控、信息处理和雷管类型选择等操作;各工艺控制单元均采用可编程控制器S7-200进行控制。该系统使生产危险系数降到了最低,并发挥了较好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to enhance the efficiency and the safety reliability of the production line for detonators,the new distributed control system for automatic ramming of industrial detonator has been designed.In this system,the host computer and all the technological control units are connected via RS-485 bus.By adopting most advanced foreign configuration monitoring software,the centralized monitoring,information processing and detonator selection for each ramming technological units are implemented in the host computer.All the technological control units are controlled with S7-200 PLC.The system minimizes the dangerous coefficient of the production line and offers better economical and social effects.
