地西泮联合利多卡因对家兔麻醉效果的初步研究

摘　　要：为探讨地西泮联合利多卡因对于实验兔血管外科手术的全身麻醉效果,选取试验兔48只,随机分为A、B、C、D四组。A组和B组采用戊巴比妥钠麻醉,C组和D组采用地西泮与利多卡因的复合麻醉,分别观察麻醉起效时间、维持时间、全麻手术过程中动物体温、呼吸频率、血压、心率及麻醉死亡率;B组和D组麻醉后分别给以肾上腺素、普萘洛尔、酚妥拉明,记录给药前后的血压和心率。结果显示,地西泮与利多卡因组成的复合麻醉效果良好,对动物体温、呼吸频率、血压和心率无显著影响(P>0.05),对药物效应无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,地西泮和利多卡因组成的复合麻醉是一种适用于实验兔血管外科手术的全身麻醉方法。In order to investigate the general anesthetic effect of the combined use of diazepam and lidocaine in rabbits undergoing vascular surgery,48 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups named A,B,C and D respectively.Members of groups A and B were anaesthetized with pentobarbital sodium,while those in groups C and D were anaesthetized with diazepam and lidocaine together.The onset time of anesthesia,the duration of efficacy,the body temperature,respiratory rate,blood pressure and pulse rate of the animals during anesthesia and anesthetic death rate were closely monitored for each group.Additionally,adrenaline,propranolol and phentolamine were given to anaesthetized members of groups B and D,and the animals＇ blood pressure and pulse rate before and after the administration were recorded.The results showed that the combined use of diazepam and lidocaine had good anaesthetic efficacy and had no significant influence on body temperature,respiratory rate,blood pressure and pulse rate（P0.05）and on the effects of administration（P0.05）.The data showed that the combined use of diazepam and lidocaine is a suitable general anesthetic method for experimental rabbits undergoing vascular surgery.
