摘  要:水貂阿留申病是由水貂阿留申病毒引起的一种持续感染性疾病,危害毛皮动物养殖业的发展。水貂阿留申病毒的致病特点、免疫机制等与其他细小病毒不同,存在自身的复杂性。目前,众多研究者寻求新的疫苗来预防水貂阿留申病的发生,但没有取得理想的效果。疾病诊断及疫苗研发对防控水貂阿留申病具有积极的意义。水貂阿留申病毒结构蛋白在病毒感染、机体免疫过程中发挥关键作用,而非结构蛋白在病毒转录与复制过程中有着重要作用,疾病的诊断和疫苗的研发均在二者的基础上展开。应用水貂阿留申病毒结构蛋白与非结构蛋白建立新的水貂阿留申病毒诊断方法,研发新型基因工程疫苗,对控制水貂阿留申病的发生与传播,具有重要的意义。Aleutian mink disease(AD),caused by Aleutian mink disease virus(AMDV),is a persistently infected disease,which harms the development of the fur-animal breeding industry.AMDV distinguishing with others parvovirus in characteristic of pathogenesis and immunity,has self characteristics.At present,many researchers tried to find new methods to protect AD,but there were no successes.Disease diagnosis and vaccine development have positive significance to prevent and cure AD.Structural proteins of AMDV have significant functions in infection of virus and organism immunity,while non-structural proteins in virus replication and transcription.Disease diagnosis and vaccine development were based on both of them.Application of AMDV structural proteins and non-structural proteins to establish new diagnose methods and genetic engineering vaccines provids further significance to control AD occurrence and expanding.
