摘  要:无隔水管钻井液回收技术是一种顶部井眼钻探系统,使用海底泵系统将井眼环空返回钻井液和岩屑通过泥浆返回管线泵送回海面钻井船。该技术很好地解决了深水钻井技术难题,安全钻探深水顶部井眼,在国外获得了广泛的商业应用。目前,已经从最初的浅水发展到深水、超深水回收技术。同时,AGR公司的控制钻井液压力钻井技术基于无隔水管钻井液回收技术,可与常规隔水管和海底防喷器组联合使用,钻探表层井眼外的其余井眼段,具有双梯度钻井和控压钻井优点。实践表明该技术能够以更低成本、更快、更安全的作业方式以及更低的环境影响程度钻探深水井。因此,在我国深水油气开采中有着极大的应用潜力和优势。Riserless mud recovery(RMR) technology is a top-hole drilling system that uses Subsea Pump Module located at seabed to return fluid and cuttings from hole annulus to drilling ship via Mud Return Line. RMR technology has resolved the problems in deepwater drilling,drilled top-hole of deepwater safely and obtained a wide range of commercial applications at abroad. At present,RMR has been developed from shallow water RMR to deepwater and ultra-deepwater RMR. At the same time,the Controlled Mud Pressure (CMP) system of AGR Co. based on RMR system combined with Subsea BOP and conventional marine riser were used to drill rest section of well besides top-hole. CMP has the advantages of dual gradient drilling and managed pressure drilling. Practice showed that the drilling cost of RMR technique was lower, and the drilling speed of deepwater drilling was faster, it had a large potential market and advantage in exploitation of deepwater oil and gas in China in the future.
