摘  要:迪那204井是塔里木油田迪那2号构造上的一口评价井,也是塔里木探区第一口超长大裸眼井。该井二开大井眼裸眼井段长达3000 m,加上复杂的地层岩性与大倾角等地质因素,要求钻井液具备良好的悬浮携带性、失水造壁性及抑制防塌能力,对钻井液的流变性能控制与维护处理提出了较高的要求。通过对聚合物体系与磺化体系在塔里木盆地应用的总结,在此井段的上部采用聚合物钻井液钻深2787 m,下部采用钾基磺化体系,成功地解决了影响钻井的一系列安全的问题;同时创造了迪那区块(同位井深)当年最快钻井的记录,实现了快速钻进的目的,电测、下套管、固井作业安全顺利。As one appraisal well of Dina 2 Structure, the well Dina 204 is the first ultra-long large barefoot well in Tarim exploration area. The depth of the second section is 200 to 3902m, with the 444.5mm bit drilling to 1757m, and then changes the bit to 406.5mm until to the finishing drilling depth at 3996m. For barefoot interval is more than 3000 meters, and the formation lithology is complex and the effect of geological factors such as large-angle, the drilling fluids with better capacities were required such as good suspension property, water building capacity and anti-sloughing properties. Based on the applications of polymer drilling fluid systems and sulfonated drilling fluid systems in Tarim basin, the low solidoid non-dispersible polymer drilling fluid was used in the upper formation of the barefoot section until to 2787m, the potassium sulfonated polymer drilling fluid was used in the lower formation. And this technology resolved successfully security problems in drilling operation and created the fast drilling speed in Dina block.
