摘  要:针对部分油气井环空带压的现状,调研了国内外油气井环空带压的大小及分布,发现大约有50%环空带压是发生在生产套管和油管间的环空。为此,研究了造成环空带压的原因,认为作业施加的环空压力,受温度、压力变化使环空和流体膨胀引起的环空压力以及由于油气从地层经水泥封固井段和环空液柱向上窜流引起的环空压力,是造成环空带压的主要原因。借鉴国际上知名油公司环空带压安全评价方法,建立了高含硫高产气井环空允许最大带压值的计算方法,结合某高产气井的实际井身结构(完钻井深为5 200 m,产层压力为72.8 MPa)和井下管串组合、实测的环空带压值,对比计算了允许的环空带压值,并评价了该井的安全状况,评价结果表明,虽然该井出现较高的环空带压情况,但还可以正常开采。所建立的高含硫高产气井环空允许最大带压值的计算方法,为高含硫高产气井环空带压安全评价奠定了基础。The Sustained Casing Pressure(SCP) is almost 50% occurrence in the annulus between capital string and oil tube based on research of measurement and distribution of SCP at home and abroad. The main reasons on SCP are drilling operation, the swell of annulus and drilling fluid caused by temperature and pressure, the swell of gas go up from formation to wellhead by cement and annulus fluid. According to the safety evaluations on SCP raised by international oil companies, the calculation method on the allowable maximum SCP and the safety evaluations on measured SCP in high-pressure high-production gas wells were proposed. On the basis of safety evaluations on SCP and the casing program in a certain HP high-production gas wells, the allowable maximum SCP was calculated. Although the SCP in the well is high, it is still relatively safe, and the well can be exploited normally.
