摘  要:工程实践已证明,高含量H2S对气井作业管材的腐蚀性破坏作用属于不可抗拒性风险因素。为科学合理的开展高含硫气井的安全风险评价工作,须模拟现场井下作业条件,运用实验技术研究在高含硫气井作业条件下油套管材料腐蚀效果变化规律,,研究中以模拟罗家8井气田水为实验介质,选用L80、NT80SS和L80(进口)三种管材为实验对象,在实验室内运用动态失重法测试三种管材的平均腐蚀速率。通过实验总结得到在模拟川东高含硫气井作业条件下80级钢油套管材料的电化学腐蚀规律:分析实验结果认为,在模拟罗家8井气田水介质中,当PH2S与PCO2参数变化不大时,温度的变化是影响80级油套管材料腐蚀速率主要因素;L80、NT80SS和L80(进口)三种管材在模拟罗家8井气田水介质中气相腐蚀速率的变化规律相似,60℃为管材腐蚀速率的转折点,当温度处于60℃~100℃范围,三种80级管材的气相腐蚀速率随着温度的升高而增大;L80、NT80SS和L80(进口)三种管材在模拟罗家8井气田水介质中液相腐蚀速率的变化规律差别较明显。Explorations engineering has proved that causticity of steel pipe caused by high content of hydrogen sulfide in gas well is uncontrolled risk factor. For the sake of the task of risk assessment for exploitation of gas well be progressed in a scientific way, it’s significant to carry on research of corrosion mechanism of steel material affected by H2S in characteristic condition of gas well site. The experiment objects in research are L80、NT80SS and L80(import), experiment medium is simulating gas field water of Well 8 site in Luojiazhai gas field, a dynamic weight-lose measure had been applied in experiments to test average velocity of causticity of steel pipe. According to the result of experiment, the laws of electrochemical causticity of 80-grade steel pipe caused in characteristic condition of gas well with high content of hydrogen sulfide in northeast of Sichuan were summarized.
