摘  要:目前大港油田水平井钻井液以强抑制性水基钻井液为主,根据不同的钻井区域条件,采用不同的钻井液以适应钻井的需要。主要采用甲酸盐钻井液、硅基防塌钻井液和有机正电胶钻井液。以上钻井液体系解决了水平井的井眼净化、井壁稳定和润滑防卡等技术难点,满足了大港油田水平井施工的需要。但是,钻井液所形成的滤饼和进入储层的滤液堵塞了油气通道,不能最大限度的发挥水平井泻油面积大的特点。因此,渤海钻探泥浆技术服务公司开发了"双保"型有机复合盐钻井液体系。该体系性能稳定,抑制性、抗污染能力强、环保、无固相,有利于保护油气层、提高机械钻速和提高固井质量等优点,解决了井壁稳定和保护油气层之间的矛盾,通过在大港油田的应用,取得了非常好的效果。Strong inhibitive water base mud is mainly used for oil well drilling in Dagang oilfield currently. According to different drilling regional condition, different drilling fluid is used to meet the different needs of drilling. Formate mud, silicate anti-sloughing drilling fluid and organic positive gel drilling fluid are mainly applied to solve much horizontal well drilling technical problems, such as hole cleaning, hole stabilization and anti-sticking,ect., so they can meet the horizontal well drilling technical need. But cake formed by drilling fluids and filtrate into the reservoir block the oil and gas path, the characteristics of the large drainable area were limited. Hence, the 'double insurance' type of organic compound salt drilling fluid (BH-WEI) system was developed by Bohai Drilling Technology Service Company. This fluid system has characteristics of steady performance, strong inhibitive, environmental protection and solidfree, it is beneficial to improve the penetration rate and the quality of cementing, resolve conflicts between hole stability and reservoir protection. With its applying in Dagang oilfield, very good results have been achieved.
