摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了铁基合金钢中的微量酸溶铝和钒。优选了仪器的工作条件,确定了样品的溶解方法和待测元素的分析线。对基体元素和共存元素钼对测定的影响进行了考察。用该法对铁基合金钢标准物质进行了分析,结果与标准物质参考值一致。方法的检出限,酸溶铝是0.021μg/mL,钒是0.0078μg/mL,相对标准偏差小于6.9%。The method for determining micro amount acid-dissolved aluminium and vanadium by ICP-AES was studied. The working conditions of the instrument were optimized. The sample dissolving method and the analytical lines for elements to be tested were selected. The effects of matrix element and coexistent element molybdenum on the determination were investigated. Samples of ferroalloy standard materials were analyzed with the method. The analytical results are in agreement with certified values. The detection limits are 0. 021ug/mL and 0. 0078 ug/mL for aluminium and vanadium, respectively, with RSD less than 6.9%.
