摘 要:讨论了温度和压力在苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)加氢过程中对聚丁二烯链段中乙烯基及顺式-1,4-结构和反式-1,4-结构加氢速率的影响,比较了不同反应器对加氢反应的影响,考察了加氢前后SBS相对分子质量及其分布、动态力学性能、形态及力学性能的变化。结果表明,当反应温度为50~70℃和压力大于2.0 MPa时,反应30~60 min后SBS中乙烯基的加氢度大于98%,其加氢速率要大于反式-1,4-结构。对于乙烯基而言前10 min接近一级反应,对于反式-1,4-结构而言60 min内接近二级反应,反应活化能分别为20.0 kJ/mol和24.7 kJ/mol。填料塔与反应釜的加氢效率相当且反应速率均较快,60 min时SBS的加氢度均达到98%以上。加氢后SBS的相对分子质量及其分布未发生变化,仍具有热塑性弹性体的性能;损耗因子降低,储能模量和拉伸强度增加,耐热性能提高,扯断伸长率降低。The effect of temperature,pressure on hydrogenation rate of vinyl,cis-1,4-unit and trans-1,4-unit in polybutadiene segment of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) were discussed.The influence of different reactors on SBS hydrogenation was compared,and also the change of relative molecular mass and its distribution,dynamic mechanical properties,morphology and mechanical properties of SBS were investigated before and after hydrogenation.The results showed that the hydrogenation degree of vinyl was more than 98% when reaction temperature was 50-70 ℃,hydrogen pressure was more than 2.0 MPa and reaction time was 30-60 min.The hydrogenation rate of vinyl was faster than that of trans-1,4-unit.As for the kinetics,vinyl hydrogenation was close to the first order reaction within the first 10 min,while the trans-1,4-unit hydrogenation the second order within 60 min.And the activation energy of the two reactions were 20.0 kJ/mol and 24.7 kJ/mol respectively.The reaction efficiency of packing column was equivalent to that of agitator kettle,and the reaction rate in both reactors were so fast that SBS hydrogenation degree reached more than 98% within 60 min.For the hydrogenated SBS,the relative molecular mass and its distribution were kept unchanged,so its performances would still be of thermoplastic elastomer.The loss factor reduced,the storage modulus and the tensile strength increased,the thermal resistance improved and the elongation at break decreased.
