摘 要:根据密炼机转子的棱顶与密炼室壁之间的大间隙理论,设计并试制了新型六棱同步转子,通过与普通四棱同步转子和六棱同步转子对比,分析了它们对短纤维-橡胶复合材料混炼特性和硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,新型六棱同步转子对短纤维-橡胶复合材料的混炼作用优于普通四棱同步转子和六棱同步转子。在天然橡胶中加入聚酯短纤维后,胶料的流动性变差,从而导致混炼时能耗增大,排胶温度升高,并且硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力、撕裂强度等都随短纤维添加量的增加而先升高后降低;适宜的短纤维添加量为3份,过量添加会使硫化胶的物理机械性能下降。According to the theory of big clearance between wing top and mixing room,the new type of six-wing synchronous rotor was designed and manufactured.And the effects of rotor structure on mixing process and properties of short fiber-rubber composite were analyzed by comparing with four-wing synchronous rotor and six-wing synchronous rotor.The experimental results indicated that the mixing performances of new type six-wing synchronous rotor were better than four-wing synchronous rotor and six-wing synchronous rotor.When being mixed with short fibers,the rubber would get worse in flow performance,hence leading the maximum power and discharging temperature both to increase.Also,the properties of short fiber-rubber composites,such as tensile strength,modulus at 300% and tear strength etc would improve and then deteriorate along with the addition of short fiber.The proper loading level of short fiber was 3 phr.
