摘　　要：体制改革后,我国社会对民间妇女组织存在着迫切的需求,但我国民间妇女组织发展并不迅速,究其原因是相关的法律、文化等制度供给不足的影响。加快我国民间妇女组织的发展步伐应逐步完善法律管理体制、规范妇联组织的职能、提高文化制度的兼容性。Our society need urgently the nongovernmental women organizations after institutional reform,but nongovernmental women organizations in china do not develop quickly.The reason is that the relavent legal and cultural institutions are insufficient.In order to accelerate the development of the nongovernmental women organizations in China,we should perfect the legal administrative systems,regulate the functions of the Women Federation and advance the compatibilities of cultural institutions.
