高校腐败现象的成因及其治理方略探析

摘　　要：近期,高校频发的腐败事件震惊整个社会,高校腐败对社会的冲击和影响较之其他腐败对社会的冲击力和影响力更大,并且对社会风气更具有腐蚀性。高校腐败是由于心理层面、制度层面、政策层面、社会文化层面等多方原因综合作用的结果。针对其形成的原因,应采取标本兼治、自律与他律交相并用的治理方略。Recent frequent corruptions in colleges and universities shocked the whole society.The social impact of university corruptions and influence are worse than the other corruptions,and more corrosive on the social morality.This corruption is due to such comprehensive reasons as psychology level,institutional level,policy level,social and cultural level and so on.According to the corruption＇s cause of formation,we should adopt the legal management strategy of self-discipline and heteronomy to tackle the problem both on the surface and the root.
