2004-2009年南充市高坪区突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析高坪区2004-2009年突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对2004-2009年高坪区突发公共卫生事件进行分析。结果 2004-2009年高坪区共报告突发公共卫生事件14起,发病总数358例,波及人数35 975人,死亡5例,传染病相关事件占事件总数的85.71,发病353例,占突发事件病例总数的98.60%,死亡3例,占死亡总数的60.00%,以呼吸道传染病为主,占事件总起数的64.29%。结论高坪区突发卫生事件主要发生在人口较为聚集的学校,波及人群主要是学生,影响因素主要是呼吸道传染病。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Gaoping district from 2004 to 2009.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis on public health emergencies in Gaoping during this period was conducted.Results A total of 14 public health emergencies occurred,resulting in 358 disease cases,affecting 35 975 people and causing 5 deaths.Communicable disease events accounted for 85.71% of total events,resulting in 353 disease cases（98.60%） and 3 deaths（60.00%）.Most cases were respiratory infections（64.29%）.Conclusion Public health emergencies in Gaoping mainly occurred among the population in schools with respiratory infections as major diseases.
