摘　　要：目的了解南宁市婚前医学检查状况,为有效促进婚检提供科学依据。方法根据南宁市2000-2009年婚前医学检查相关资料进行统计分析。结果 2003年后,婚检率从68%以上下降到2%,2009年上升到16.71%;10年平均疾病检出率为13.69%,2005-2008年较高,约为20%左右;出生缺陷发生率从2002年起逐步下降,到2005年达到最低值13.64‰,2007年后逐年回升,2009年达到18.48‰。结论加强婚检,提高婚检率,是提高出生人口素质,降低出生缺陷的重要举措。Objective In order to provide scientific evidence for effectively promoting the premarital medical examinations,the situation of premarital medical examination in Nanning was analyzed.Methods The premarital medical examination reports in Nanning from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.Results The rate of premarital medical examination had dropped from68% to 2% since 2003,and increased to 16.71% in 2009.The average rate of disease detection was 13.69% during this period,which was higher during 2005-2008（20%）.The birth defect rate began to decline in 2002,reaching 13.64‰ in 2005,and increased again after 2007,reaching 18.48‰ in 2009.Conclusion Premarital medical examination could facilitate the reduction of birth defect and improve the quality of the population.
