摘 要:采用Toray公司生产的UTC-60低压纳滤膜处理模拟矿山废水,主要考察了压力、温度、流量、pH等参数对UTC-60膜通量和金属离子截留率的影响。结果表明:压力升高,膜通量增大,金属离子截留率先升后降;温度升高,膜通量增大,金属离子截留率先降后升;膜通量和金属离子截留率随流量增大均略有增大;pH对膜通量无明显影响,金属离子截留率随pH的升高先升高,到达等电点附近(pH=5)降至最低,随后由于部分金属离子结合OH-形成可溶性氢氧化物导致截留率升高。The performance of a UTC-60 low-pressure nanofiltration membrane was evaluated in the treatment of simulated mining wastewater. The effects of varying the pressure, temperature, flux and pH on the permeate flux and rejection of heavy metal ions were investigated. The experimental results show that with increasing operating pressure, the permeate flux increased and the rejection of heavy metal ions initially increased, and then decreased. With increasing temperature, the permeate flux increased and the rejection of heavy metal ions initially decreased, and then increased. Both the permeate flux and the rejection of heavy metal ions increased slightly as the flux increased. The pH had no significant effect on the permeate flux. The rejection of heavy metal ions increased before the isoelectric point was reached. The lowest rejection was found at pH 5. After that the rejection increased, because at higher pH heavy metal ions are capable of forming complexes with OH - ions.
