摘  要:目的研究中国南方汉族人群中血管紧张素转换酶(ACEI/D)、C型心钠素受体(NPRC-55)和内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS298)基因多态性与原发性高血压的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者81例及对照者120例,采用基因芯片技术检测ACEI/D、NPRC-55、eNOS298基因多态性,并比较其基因型及等位基因频率。结果高血压组患者ACEI/DDD基因型频率(48.1%)与对照组(4.2%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);高血压组NPRC-55CC基因型频率为65.4%,对照组为68.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高血压组eNOS298DD基因型频率为3.7%,对照组为0.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACEI/D基因可能是原发性高血压的易感基因,NPRC-55和eNOS298基因与原发性高血压不具有相关性。Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphisms of angiotensin converting enzyme gene (ACEI/D), natriuretic peptide receptor C gene(NPRC-55), endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene(eNOS298) and essential hypertension in a southern Chinese Han population. Methods Performed by gene chip technology, the genotypes of 81 essential hypertensive people and 120 control people were measured to analyze the polymorphisms of ACEI/D, NPRC-55 and eNOS298. Results A significantly higher frequency of ACEI/D DD genotype was observed in hypertensive group than that in control group (48.1% vs 4.2% , P〈0.001). In hypertensive group, the frequency of NPRC-55CC and eNOS298DD genotype were 65.4% and 3.7%, while in control group, it were 68.3% and 0.8%, respectively. No significant difference were observed. Conclusion The ACEI/D gene maybe is candidate gene of essential hypertension. The polymorphisms of NPRC-55 and eNOS298 gene are not related with essential hypertension.
