摘 要:选用主链含磷的阻燃剂2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸和侧链含磷的阻燃剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-[2,3-二(2-羟基乙氧基)羰基丙基]-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,在3 L聚合反应釜上分别合成了磷质量分数为0.6%的阻燃改性共聚酯。利用TGA、DSC对其热性能进行了分析,并对其切片干燥和熔融后的黏度降进行了测试。结果表明,随着反应型阻燃剂的添加,阻燃共聚酯的tg,tm下降,而Δt热和Δt冷则呈上升趋势,结晶能力下降;共聚酯的初始热分解温度有所下降,经切片干燥和熔融后的黏度降增大。Two different kinds of flame-retardant copolyesters containing 0.6% phosphorus were synthesized in 3L autoclave.One was prepared with 2-carboxyethy(phenyl) phosphinic acid(CEPPA) which was the main chain phosphorus-containing flame retardent,the other one was 9,10-dihydro-10 [2,3-di(hydroxyl ethoxyl) carbonyl propyl]10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide which was the pendant group phosphorus-containing flame retardant.Studied the thermal properties of flame-retardant copolyesters by TGA and DSC.Analyzed intrinsic viscosity degradation of flame-retardant copolyesters after chip being dealt with dryness and melting.The results indicated that the addition of reaction flame retardants made tg and tm of flame-retardant copolyesters decrease,while ΔtH and ΔtC increase,and crystallizability decrease.Comparing with PET,the initial decomposition temperature of flame-retardant copolyesters were lower,and intrinsic viscosity degradation rose after chip being dealt with dryness and melting.
