摘　　要：目的:探索门诊提供预约挂号的服务模式。方法:加强对医院预约挂号、现场挂号及诊间预约挂号等方面的管理。结果:实行预约挂号满足了患者多渠道挂号的愿望,在一定程度上遏制了"号贩子"倒号的现象,营造出公平合理的就医环境。结论:实行预约挂号可以提高门诊服务质量,提升医院服务品质。Objective：To explore service model of outpatient reserved registration.Methods：To strengthen the management in appointed registation,on-the-sport registration and clinic appointment register,etc.Results：The implementation of an appointment to meet the patient registration desire to multi-channel registration,to a certain extent,to curb the ＂dealer＂sell number,reflects a fair and reasonable medical environment.Conclusion：The practice of appointment registration can improve the out-patient service quality,improve the services quality of hospital.
