摘 要:将聚酰胺12(PA12)基体分别与体积分数为50%的各向异性锶铁氧体磁粉(SrFeO)和钐钴磁粉(Sm2Co17)用双螺杆挤出机熔融混合并造粒,使用注塑成型机在内置取向磁场的模具中注塑成型,制备粘结磁体。结果表明,对于由各向异性磁粉制作的塑料粘结磁体,取向磁场对试样的磁性有明显的影响,取向磁场增高,试样的剩磁明显增大。SrFeO磁粉在注塑过程中很容易磁化和取向,当取向磁场为200mT时即形成一个平台,磁粉取向度高于95%;相比之下Sm2Co17磁粉的磁化和取向要困难得多,取向磁场为1600mT时取向度仍然低于94%。Polyamide 12 was mixed with anisotropic magnetic ferrite (SrFeO) and samarium-cobalt(Sm2Co17) with content of 50 vol% on double screw extruder for pelleting, respectively, and then the particles were injected into the mould incorporated with magnetic field with an injection moulding machine to prepare bonded magnets. The results showed that the aligning field has great influence on the magnetic properties of the bonded magnets. With increasing the magnetic field, remanence of the specimen increases obviously. During the injection moulding, SrFeO powders are easy to be magnetized and orientated, and the degree of orientation increases up to 95% in the magnetic field of 200 roT; by contrast, the magnetization and orientation of the Sm2Co17 are rather difficult, and its degree of orientation reaches 94% until the magnetic field reaches 1600 mT.
