摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了添加Bi2O3的Bi(Co)、Zn取代Z型六角铁氧体材料。样品通过XRD、SEM进行表征,并用阻抗分析仪研究了材料的电磁性能。实验表明,少量的Bi取代不会影响Z相形成,但可以明显降低成相温度;另外Zn取代可以提高起始磁导率。最佳实验组分为Ba3-xBixCo2+x-y Zny Fe24-xO41(x=0.15,y=0.8),该组份加入2wt%的Bi2O3作助烧剂、900℃烧结,可获得起始磁导率为4.2的低温烧结材料。Z-type hexaferrite material with Bi(Co),Zn substitution and Bi2O3 additive were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electromagnetic properties were investigated using an impedance analyzer. Experimental results showed that minor Bi substitution does not destroy the phase formation of Z-type hexagonal ferrite, but lower the phase formation temperature distinctly, and that Zn substitution leads to an increase in initial permeability. The best result was obtained for sample with composition Ba3-xBixCo2+x-yZny Fe24 xO41(X=0.15, y=0.8) sintered at 900℃ containing 2wt% of bismuth oxide as a sintering additive. Its initial permeability reaches 4.2.
