我国城市社区体育公共服务供给制度的改革研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料以及专家访谈等研究方法对我国城市社区体育公共服务供给制度的改革进行研究,目的在于通过研究为我国城市社区体育公共服务供给制度改革提供理论帮助。城市社区体育公共服务的制度化建设是不断提高社区体育公共服务质量的前提和基础。研究发现通过拓展社区体育公共服务的资金渠道,创新社区体育公共服务物品的供给模式,建立和完善社区体育公共服务的质量监控制度,创新运行规则不断提高服务组织运作绩效等方式可以有效提高社区体育公共服务的质量和水平。The use of literature review as well as interviews with experts help this study to research the reform of sports public services supply system in urban communities of China.The study found that the quality and level of community sports Public service can be effectively improved by the expansion of community sports channel funding of public services,innovation and public services,community sports goods supply model,the establishment and improvement of public services,community sports system to monitor the quality,innovation rules to run continuously improve operational performance,and other service organizations.
