“体教结合”模式培养我国竞技后备人才运行状况的研究  被引量:20

摘  要:通过对当前我国"体教结合"运行状况的调查,对培养模式与运行机制之间存在的问题进行了具体分析,认为目前我国"体教结合"模式运转并没有达到预想的结果:1、体育专业学校与普通学校两者在运动队管理方面招生范围有局限性,学籍管理不统一,模式与学习管理机制之间的契合不好。2、普通学校和体育专业学校体教结合模式,运动员的训练管理方面契合程度较高,能够培养出一定数目的高水平运动员,但过于偏重目标层次上的契合,缺乏可持续性战略眼光,从而使得成材率较低,广度不够。3、两种模式在竞赛制度、教练员队伍建设与管理等方面没有形成体系化与系统化,各组织资源比较分散,缺乏协同性与互补性。Through investigating the current condition of "Combination of Competitive Sport and Education for Athletes",the writer has analyzed in detail its problems between training pattern and operation condition,and has came to the conclusion that this pattern did not accomplish an intended result: 1.In the respect of sports teams' management,both athletes' specialized schools and ordinary schools had limits in enrollment range.Students' status management was lack of unity and the agreement did not achieve between training pattern and education management frame. 2."Combination of Competitive Sport and Education for Athletes" between athletes' specialized schools and ordinary schools relatively fit in each other in the respect of athletes' training and management,which help to cultivate numbers of high-level athletes.But because of the balance had shifted for the particular aim,and the sustainable perspective in strategy are absence,we can clearly find a remarkable decline in the rate and range of high-level athletes by now. 3.This two patterns have not been formed as a system in the competition system and training and management of coaches' team.The resources of various organization were dispersed.Both two patterns are lack of mutual complementary and accordion.
