摘  要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了固含量较高(40%)、稳定性较好(常温贮存期6个月以上)的VAc/BA/NaAA共聚物乳液。通过DLS、GPC、接触角测试仪等对乳液粒径、聚合物相对分子质量、接触角进行测试和表征,并测试了乳液保水率、乳胶膜吸水率、拉伸强度等性能。研究结果表明:适量功能性单体的引入,对乳液稳定性、保水性有明显改善;同时乳胶膜的亲水性和力学强度也有所提高。A vinyl acetate/butyl acrylate/sodium arcylate copolymer emulsion of high content(40%)and good storage stability(kept 6 months or more at room temperature)was prepared by semi-continuous seeding emulsion polymerization.The particle diameter of the emulsion,the number average molecular weight of the copolymers and the water contact angles of the latex film were tested and characterized respectively by DLS,GPC,and Contact Angle Tester.Properties of the latex films and the influencing factors on its water retention rate,water absorption rate and tensile strength were studied.Results showed that the introduction of appropriate functional monomer had a major effect on emulsion stability and water retention,while the hydrophilic and mechanical strength of the latex film had been also improved.
