彩印纸板醇溶快干上光涂料的研制

摘　　要：以氨基树脂585-1、0.5 s硝化棉为成膜物质,再加入助溶剂、催干剂,并以无水乙醇作为稀释剂进行溶合,制得一种醇溶性纸张上光涂料。讨论了树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂等组分及其用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂配比为4∶10∶21∶1时,上光涂料的干燥速率最大,涂膜综合性能良好。A alcohol soluble glazing coatings for color printing cardboard were prepared by solution polymerization with amino resin 585-1,0.5 s nitrocellulose,cosolvent,drier and diluent ethanol.The effects of the composition and amount of resin,nitrocellulose,cosolvent and drier on the coatings properties were discussed.The result showed that the product has the advantage of quick curing,and the obtained films have good comprehensive properties under the ratio of resin/nitrocellulose/cosolvent/drier=4∶10∶21∶1.
